Andy is a graduate of Pace University in New York with a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Information Systems with 25 years of experiences in financial information systems. He is the former president of Pinnacle Group Worldwide, a technology consulting and investment firm specializing in corporate financial systems solutions, and the company was acquired by TITAN Technology Partners in 2009. Andy is also the founder of Pinnacle (1995) and Sciodata Corporation (1999).

Monica is a graduate of the University of Utah in Public Relations and acquired her Master's Degree from Westminster College in Strategic Communications. She has been working in the marketing and communications field for over eight years with various nonprofit organizations and government sectors.  Monica is the founder of Hearty Mutts Pet Supplies (2013) and also teaches competition dance part-time.
